27 January 2008 - AFA Members bag 2 gold and one bronze medal in the ladies and gents barebow division at the annual Oban Open Competition

2 February 2008 - AFA members bag 2 gold medals in the ladies and gents traditional division at the AIUK iScoCo competition in Falkirk

14 February 2008 - The club work party completed the practice area. This will be very beneficial for have a go sessions and also for new novice members

26 April 2008 - AFA is hosting an Open Day event. This will include have a go sessions and a tour of the course
